Each of our Associates who work under the "Framing to Completion" brand are carefully chosen. Each Associate will invoice separately for the services they provide.
Over thirty years of broad experience in the Energy Industry, covering Upstream E&P (including Shell), the Offshore Services Sector, Electricity Distribution and latterly Regulation.
An engineer by background supplemented by an MBA to become a highly successful Commercial Deal –Maker, passionate about identifying commercial opportunities, negotiating and delivering deals and managing joint ventures. A natural ability to bring people together and a leadership style that demonstrates thoroughness and a hands-on approach to project management and business.
Led projects at all stages of the Upstream Oil & Gas life-cycle from farming out exploration prospects, negotiating deals to tie-back offshore fields to existing platforms to innovating the commercial structure for late-life enhanced oil recovery using carbon capture and storage.
Over thirty years of broad Upstream Oil & Gas experience gained mainly with Shell, the later part of which comprises fifteen years in Business Development / M&A roles with both major international operating companies and independents.
A petroleum geologist by background, (C.Geol, FGS), with strong technical and commercial acumen, particularly in Exploration and Commercial/Business Development, Negotiations and Deal Delivery coupled with effective stakeholder management skills through exposure to multi-regional/cultural experience over a variety of jurisdictions.
Led a variety of technical and commercial projects across UKCS, Norway, Russia, Kazakhstan, Iraq, Gulf Regions and more recently on global unconventional resource plays. Also worked for Enterprise Oil as BD Manager, Kerr McKee, Oxy and Elf in exploration/production geology roles.
